Born in October 2019, Wiz came to us as most of the cats in our rescue do, from a public shelter. As we got him neutered and prepared for adoption, we noticed something was 'off'. Having worked with 1000s of cats, we have sadly encountered more FIP than enough and suspected that and our vet concurred.Devastated, we prepared ourselves as we had too many times before to watch the life slip away from this happy, friendly, playful kitten. But this time maybe it wouldn't have to end that way.We connected with FIP Warriors to get him started on medication. We are so grateful to finally have a chance to fight back!
