Remy was from my first litter of foster kittens. He was smaller and slower than the rest of the litter. His favorite thing to do is sleep on his fluffy blanket and make biscuits. We call him Little King Biscuit ☺️  In mid August I noticed he was too tired to make biscuits and was losing patches of his smokey colored coat. When he stopped eating his condition got worse. After several trips to the vet, they diagnosed him with Dry FIP. I was devastated at thought I could lose my Remy in such a gruesome way. I was recommended to the FIP Warriors group where I was able to find and get him treatment ASAP. The day I got his medicine, I thought I was going to lose him. He lost about 2 pounds and his beautiful coat was patchy and dirty. He is now on day 12 and looking and feeling better than ever! I wish this treatment was more wildly accessible because this illness is a horrific way for any cat parent to lose their best friend. The treatment is extremely expensive as well.
