Our Oliver has been showing symptoms for about a month but we kept thinking he would get better. We aren’t sure of the exact weight loss but it’s pretty significant. He’s been throwing up almost daily but will then skip a few days. Today I finally got him in with a vet and after a better of tests and exam, our vet is telling us FIP (dry) is definitely on her radar. Oliver’s Globulin is high (9.9) and based on all his symptoms, she wanted to make sure we are aware that it’s definitely on the table. After doing research tonight, I feel like he most likely has it. We left in tears but after finding this group, I’m hopeful that it’s not a death sentence like our vet told us it is.
