Figaro, Fig for short, is just 10 months old. We rescued him for a poor living situation back in July. He was living on a farm with a large cat population. A neighbor who lives adjacent to the farm was trying to find homes for the newly born kittens. Fig was small and not in the best condition but I couldn’t leave him there.  We got him to the vet and cleaned up immediately and he was doing really well until recently. On Saturday I got the heart breaking news that our Figgy has FIP.  This is a disease I had never heard of and truly wish I never had. Now the race is on to save our precious kitten. He just had his first injection. This is a financial burden that I don’t know how I’ll manage but I am going to give it my best shot.
