We thought he had cancer. He had emergency surgery that took out a chunk of his colon. He was better, and then suddenly he wasn't again. And it wasn't cancer. It was FIP.

My vet said (and this is a direct quote) "It would be illegal and unethical for me to tell you to go find this group FIP Warriors and read about FIP, learn about it, then come back and let's talk about what to do."

So that's what I did. Biscuit (a tripod, by the way) went through 84 days of treatment and then 21 more because his number weren't quite there. As I write, he's on Day 21 of Observation. And doing great. I hope he stays that way, and that all kitties with FIP can be cured.
