View All FIP WarriorsMaya is a kitty who was born at our Sanctuary the day after her trapped momma arrived. At about 1 1/2 to 2 years, she suddenly started to put on unexplained weight. A trip to the vet and aspiration of tummy fluids revealed her to be developing FIP. We were so lucky to hear of groups like FIP Warriors and FIP Global on Facebook. We were able to obtain medication, treated her for 2 months or so. Her weight returned to normal and her last vet visit showed her free of FIP! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
