Topaz was diagnosed on her first birthday with FIP. She was struggling breathing and had liquid in her chest cavity that tested positive for FIP. The vet told me there was nothing I could do but wait for her to pass. However, the ARK Cat Sanctuary works with FIP Warriors and my sister used to work at the ARK so after contacting them I found out there WAS a treatment in the works. Topaz did not tolerate injections because she fought too hard. She was on liquid GS-441524 for about 30 days then switched to pills. Topaz blood test came back normal after 84 days of treatment!
